Job Description:

Registered Nurse position in a Clinical Decision Unit (Observation Unit) responsible for receiving admitted patients from the ED, completing the Admission Assessment, Medication Reconciliation, and initiating acute care orders to enhance throughput and reduce overall length of stay.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and admit patients from the Emergency Department.
• Complete Admission Assessment and Medication Reconciliation.
• Initiate and implement acute care orders.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in MedSurg, Telemetry, and Step-Down (PCU) levels preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork.
• Charge Nurse experience or willingness to consider appreciated.
