Job Summary

The Assisted Living Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living unit, ensuring high standards of care and service for residents. This position involves managing staff, coordinating resident care, and maintaining compliance with regulations and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the assisted living staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate care and support tailored to their individual needs.
• Manage staff schedules and staffing needs to maintain proper coverage.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents to monitor changes in health and wellness.
• Implement and maintain documentation related to resident care and facility operations.
• Facilitate communication between residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within an assisted living or healthcare environment.

Work Schedule

This position typically follows an 8-hour day shift schedule from Sunday to Thursday, working a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
