Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for day shift operations. This position involves a commitment to delivering quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The role requires weekend rotation and offers a total of 36 hours per week.

Shift Details

• Shift: Day Shift from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Total hours per week: 36 hours with weekend rotation

Uniform Requirements

All staff members are required to wear navy blue scrubs.

Certifications and Licenses

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Preferred for first contract, but must be attained if the traveler extends for additional contracts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Experience in an acute care facility: Preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system: Required

About the Role

This position will involve providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. RNs will be responsible for assessing patient health, formulating and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
