Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in MedSurg/Telemetry to join our dynamic team. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Location

This role is available in Rapides, LA, with a required travel radius of 50+ miles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurg/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient health and progress, administering medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg/Telemetry nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Shift Details

This position requires availability for night shifts, specifically from 7 PM to 7 AM.
