Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position will involve providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) with rotating weekends

Qualifications

• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Applicants must have a permanent address greater than 50 miles from the facility
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required in a related field

Responsibilities

The Medical Surgical RN is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients, including:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Documenting patient care and progress accurately.

Facility Information

This position is located in a healthcare facility situated in City, State. The facility encompasses a variety of services and is equipped with a number of beds, providing a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Additional Information
