Job Description:
The role involves working as a Med/Surg Registered Nurse at Wesley Rehabilitation Center, focusing on patient care and treatment within the unit.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team
- Perform lab draws, administer IV antibiotics, and manage IV medications as needed
- Conduct blood administration as needed
- Perform head to toe assessments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
- BLS certification
- Telemetry patients/must pass Airstrip telemetry competency
