Job Title: TRAVEL – RN Med Surg

Job Description:

The role requires a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit, responsible for providing patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients on the 4th and 5th floors with assigned patient ratios of 5:1 and 6:1 respectively.
• Operate equipment such as remote telemetry, capnography, Alaris IV pumps, and glucometers.
• Perform typical procedures like abdominal surgeries, gastric sleeves, and orthopedic repairs.
• Float as needed to areas such as Inpatient rehab, ED, and PCU without assignments outside of skill level or scope.

Requirements:

• Telemetry experience
• Med Surg experience
• ACLS, BLS, NIHS certifications
