Job Description:

Carlsbad Medical Center is seeking a Travel Med/Surg RN to join the General Medical-Surgical Inpatient Nursing Unit. The role involves floating and requires 2+ years of experience, with ACLS & BLS certifications mandatory and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a general medical-surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:6.
• Participate in floating and call as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• Fingerprinting for all NM Travelers; agency must be registered in NM for the fingerprint process.
