Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This position requires a dedicated professional capable of providing high-quality patient care in a general medical-surgical inpatient nursing unit.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Floating and call: Required

Responsibilities

• Perform general medical-surgical nursing duties.
• Care for occasional non-critical pediatric patients as needed.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:6.
• Utilize EMR system: MedHost.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg nursing.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
• All travelers must undergo a fingerprinting process as mandated by the state.
