Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical team for a travel assignment. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and the ability to float between two medical-surgical units as needed.

Key Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.
• Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Location

This position is located in a city in the state where multiple facilities require nursing coverage, providing opportunities for diverse clinical experiences.
