• Staffing Description:
  • 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator
  • 7 Nurses
  • 4 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
  • 1 Unit Coordinator (UC) per shift
• Type of Equipment: Regular medical equipment for a medical-surgical unit
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Scheduling Requirements: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends
• Floating Policy: Contract labor is the first to float to similar units
• Patient Experience Requirements: 1+ years
• Certifications: BLS

Hiring Profile

• Requested Skill Set: Medical-Surgical RN
• Must Have: BLS certification and current Georgia RN license
• Advanced Skills Needed: None
• Procedures Performed on Unit: EKGs, Blood Glucose Monitoring, Venipuncture
• Certifications Required: BLS
