Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical care. The role requires working during weekend nights, specifically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit.
• Evaluate and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
