Job Description:

The RN is responsible for delivering patient-centered care in the Ortho and Med Surg units, managing a patient load, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care.
• Manage a patient load effectively.
• Work collaboratively with PCTs and SNEs.
• Participate in floating to inpatient units as required.

Requirements:

• Current BLS certification.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
• Ability to utilize team work strategies.
• Compliance with dress code: scrub top, scrub bottoms, no fleece or denim.
