Job Description:

Registered Nurse to work in a Long Term Care facility on the site of a hospital. Responsibilities include performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notifying MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, assisting with ADLs, and providing Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care, and other assigned duties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Notify MD/NP of pertinent information
• Admit/discharge patients
• Assist with ADLs
• Gastrostomy Tube care
• Urinary Catheter care
• Nebulized Treatment
• Wound Vac care
• CPAP care
• Tracheostomy Care
• Other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Active State of HI license or apply upon acceptance of offer
• Must have Hawaii License by start of assignment
