• Patient Ratios: 1:3-4
• Type of Equipment: Baxter Pumps, Philips electronic fetal monitoring
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems: Cerner, FetaLink

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in the Maternal Fetal Medicine unit.
• Assist in a variety of procedures including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other related interventions.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Must have at least 1 year of labor and delivery experience.
• Experience with high-risk patients.
• Competence in immediate newborn care.

Preferred Skills:

• Circulating experience in surgical procedures.

Personality Fit

• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Required Certifications

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification

Floating Areas

• Labor & Delivery (L&D)
• Mother-Baby Unit (MOMB)
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Dress Code

Scrubs will be provided.

Weekend and On-Call Requirements

Availability for weekends and on-call shifts is subject to approval.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
