Job Description:

The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in the Labor & Delivery unit, including utilizing specialized skills for high-risk OB, and supporting colleagues in ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Administer patient care in labor and delivery with a 2:1 patient ratio.
Perform and assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, D&C, and related procedures.
Handle equipment such as Centricity and GE monitors.
Efficiently utilize EMR systems like Meditech / CPN.

Requirements:

Possess BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or AWHONN certifications.
At least 1 year of current acute care hospital L&D experience.
Experience with Meditech, PACU, and OR is preferred.
