Shift: 12H Day/Night Rotate (7-7) + Every 3rd weekend + holidays as needed

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description:

The RN will work in the Labor/Delivery unit, rotating between day and night shifts. Responsibilities include caring for patients over 35 weeks in labor and supporting mom/baby couplets. Position requires ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Titrating and managing common antepartum/labor drips such as Magnesium, Oxytocin, LR, and Zofran.
• Postpartum care including administration of prenatal vitamins, Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, Percocet, and Toradol.
• Working with neonatal vent systems (CPAP, BiPap, high flow).
• Floating to MSP/ED for additional support tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications are required.
• Ability to pass fit testing; facial hair may require removal for compliance.
