Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery is responsible for providing care for high-risk obstetric patients, managing labor, and assisting in delivery. The role requires expertise in fetal monitoring, labor management, and the ability to respond to a variety of patient conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage labor and delivery for high-risk obstetric patients.
• Perform cervical checks and interpret fetal monitoring strips.
• Assist in OR and provide postpartum care.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• BLS, NRP, Intermediate FHM (AWHONN) certifications.
• Two years of experience with previous travel experience preferred.
• Expertise in labor management and ability to triage OB patients.
• Experience with EPIC EMR system.
