• Number of Beds: 18
• Number of Staff: 54
• Staffing:
  • Day Shift: 1 Charge or CNC, 8-10 RNs, 1-2 OB Techs, 1 HUC
  • Night Shift: 1 Charge or CNC, 8-10 RNs, 1-2 OB Techs
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 for Pitocin, C-section delivery, Recovery; 2-3 antepartum patients, adhering to AWHONN guidelines.
• Equipment: GE fetal monitoring
• EMR System: CPN Meditech
• Floating Requirement: Yes, to Mother-Baby if needed, but typically staff do not float due to high unit demands.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Labor management
• Circulating a cesarean section

Preferred Skills:

• Experience performing vaginal deliveries, C-sections, triage, and iron infusions
