Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position involves working on rotating night shifts from 1900 to 0730, totaling 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) model.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) from an approved vendor.
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN) and completion of an Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course are required.
