Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a night shift position. The role will involve providing exceptional care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting.

Schedule

This position requires working night shifts from 1900 to 0730, with a commitment of 36 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule. Call responsibilities are not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school: Required
• Minimum of two years of recent acute care RN experience: Required
• Current RN license in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required within 6 months of hire or transfer
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor: Required within 6 months of hire or transfer
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring course required on hire and every two years: Required
• For novice or new Labor and Delivery RNs: must complete the AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring course during the first 6-8 months of L&D orientation, followed by the AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring course every two years: Required

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the LDRP model, ensuring safe and effective monitoring and management of maternal and fetal health during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care.
