Registered Nurse Interventional Radiology

City/State: Evanston, Illinois

Shift: 10hr shift, day, 7:30-18:00

Job Description:

Position involves providing nursing care in the Interventional Radiology unit, where specialized procedures and treatments are performed.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
Administer moderate sedation and monitor patients during procedures.
Collaborate with interventional radiologists and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

IR/Neuro experience with at least 2 years, including stroke, PE, lysis UFE, moderate sedation involvement.
RN, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification required.
Ability to commit to on-call requirements of 8-10 days a month with specific call radii requirements.
