Job Description:

The RN in the NVICU will provide critical care to patients in a 16-bed unit. This role includes monitoring patient conditions, managing life support systems, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
• Operate and manage ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000.
• Conduct procedures such as insertion of central lines, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions.
• Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Float to med/surg units when necessary.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• ICU experience.
