Job Description:

Registered Nurse required to provide care in a 39-bed mixed ICU unit. The role involves handling complex ICU patients, including surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Care for complex ICU patients with varied diagnoses such as ARDS, MI, and CVA/TIA.
• Manage IV medications, hemodynamic lines, and ventilator systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in hospital and department orientations and meet required weekly contract hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (excluding travel experience).
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications are mandatory.
• Proficient in Epic and comfortable working a 48-hour work week.
• Registered Nurse (RN) – South Dakota Board of Nursing approval required.
