Job Description:

This position involves working in the ICU with a patient ratio primarily of 2:1, occasionally 1:1 or 3:1. The nurse will utilize equipment such as Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG while documenting with the Meditech system. The role requires scheduling for 36 hours a week, including every other weekend, and may include floating to an ICU overflow unit.

Responsibilities:

• Central line placements, Art line placements, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, intubation

Requirements:

• ICU experience
• Strong critical thinking skills and communication skills
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
