Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves working night shifts and provides the opportunity to utilize your nursing skills and expertise effectively.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will perform various patient care tasks, including but not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care and monitoring patient status.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions and ongoing care needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Familiarity with EPIC or other electronic health record systems is required.
