ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position is essential in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop effective patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Must reside 80+ miles from the facility.

Schedule

This position requires availability for night shifts. Immediate start dates are available.
