Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and proficiency in EPIC systems. This position offers flexibility with a full-time schedule of either 36 or 48 hours per week within day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and care management effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients’ responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
