ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. This position requires working nights from 6 PM to 6 AM. The successful candidate will have critical care nursing experience and may be required to float to different units occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience required.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with balloon pumps and Impella devices is preferred.
• TNCC certification is preferred but not required.
