Job Description
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) with specific experience in the use of Impella and Balloon Pump devices. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with EPIC and experience in an acute care environment.
Requirements
- Experience with Impella and Balloon Pump devices
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per policy: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
