ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working with critically ill patients, collaborating with medical staff, and ensuring the delivery of excellent care standards.

Shift Details

• Shift: Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
• No call required
• No block scheduling

Float Requirements

The position requires floating to the High Dependency Unit (HVU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4.

Unit Information

• Number of ICU beds: 24 plus 2 in recovery
• Patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
• Experience in critical care nursing

Technical Skills

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is essential. The unit currently utilizes MedHost and is transitioning to Cerner.

Attire

Scrubs must be in any solid color.
