Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Details
This position requires the ability to work night shifts, specifically from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the MICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an intensive care setting.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Location
This position is located in a facility in the city of your choice within the state.
