ICU/CCU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview:

A dedicated ICU/CCU Registered Nurse is needed to provide specialized care for critically ill or injured patients. The selected candidate will focus on continuous monitoring, rapid assessment, and intervention while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver intensive, compassionate support to patients and their families.
• Manage ventilators, medication drips, and complex equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide continuous monitoring and rapid assessment of patient conditions.
• Float to Med Surg as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU/CCU RN experience.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Unit Information:

• Patient ratio of 1:2-3.
• Unit consists of 8 beds.
• EMR system used is Medhost.
• Scrub colors are any solid color.

Schedule:

• Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM.
• 48-hour weekly guarantees are not approved.
• Blocked scheduling may be requested.
