Unit Staffing Description

• AM: 10 RNs (more if needed to account for 1:1s), 1 supervisor, 1 PCT, 1 ICU waiting room HUC
• PM: 10 RNs (more if needed to account for 1:1s), 1 supervisor, 1 PCT, 1 ICU waiting room HUC

Scheduling Requirements

Must complete 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule.

Floating Policy

Travelers may be required to float before core staff and may float to other ICUs (MICU, NSICU, CVICU, CICU) or Step Down.

Patient Experience Requirements

Shall uphold a standard of kindness and compassion in patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Trauma ICU experience (Level I or Level II Trauma Centers)
• Surgical ICU experience
• Valid Nursing License
• Active ACLS and BLS Certifications

Dress Code

Required uniform includes all navy or all white attire. Navy bottoms and white tops are also permissible.
