Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This role requires a skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical experience. Candidates should have previous travel experience and be prepared to float between the medical floor and surgical/oncology departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care across various units, adhering to established protocols and standards.
• Manage patient assignments with a typical ratio of 1:5 to 6.
• Utilize the electronic medical records (EMR) system, specifically Epic, for documentation and patient management.
• Demonstrate flexibility by floating between departments as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience is essential.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
