• Staffing:
  • 7 Day Shift RNs
  • 7 Night Shift RNs
  • 5 Mid Shift RNs
• Equipment:
  • Ventilators
  • BiPAP
  • EKG
  • Arterial Lines
  • Belmont
  • Chest Tubes

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Prioritization and Time Management
• De-Escalation Techniques
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) – preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Effective teamwork
• Attention to detail

Typical Procedures

• Port Placement
• Chest Tube Insertion

Personality Fit

The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, possess excellent attention to detail, demonstrate a positive attitude, and be receptive to coaching.

Work Schedule

Expectations include a minimum of four weekend shifts and two Friday shifts over a four-week schedule, along with two major holidays and two minor holidays.
