Requirements:

• Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s): All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• BLS – Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS – Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I – Basic Life Support – Instructor
• RN – Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT – RN – Multi-state Compact
• PALS – Pediatric Adv Life Support or ARC-PALS – Amer Red Cross Pediatric Advanced Life Support or PALS-I – PALS – Instructor or PALS-P – PALS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
• TNCC – Trauma Nurse Core Course or ATCN – Adv Trauma Care for Nurses Cer or TNCC-P – Trauma Nurse Core Course – Provisional (18 Months) within 18 Months
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS – Amer Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I – ACLS – Instructor or ACLS-P – ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
• Required Minimum Experience: Less than 1 year experience with direct patient care preferred
• Required Minimum Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English language, optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and holds basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills along with customer service skills required
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner
• Possess excellent time management skills
• Practices nursing using evidence and analytical skills along with possessing strong critical thinking skills
