Job Description:

Provide professional nursing care in a high-volume Emergency Department, catering to diverse patient needs with a focus on teamwork and real-time feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care in the Emergency Department.
• Utilize Baxter pumps and GE monitors for patient care.
• Adhere to patient experience protocols including AIDET and respectful behavior.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center.
• 1 year of experience in ER nursing.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS required before the start date.
• ENPC certification within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and flexibility in scheduling.
