Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room department.
• Respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
• Utilize technology to support clinical care.

Requirements:

• BLS – Basic Life Support or equivalent certification required upon hire.
• RN – Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT – Multi-state Compact license required.
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 180 days if not already obtained.
• TNCC – Trauma Nurse Core Course or equivalent certification within 18 months if not already obtained.
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 180 days if not already obtained.
• Minimum of less than 1 year experience with direct patient care preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and time management skills.
• Practices nursing using evidence and analytical skills along with possessing strong critical thinking skills.
