Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, with floating between different shifts as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Conduct initial assessments and triage patients based on urgency and medical needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the medical team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with relevant policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Preferred: ENPC and NRP certifications.

Work Schedule

This position requires working day shifts from 6:30 AM to 6 PM. Flexibility to float between different locations within the region may be necessary.
