Position Overview

The Emergency Department is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for providing quality care in a fast-paced environment. Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 28
• Staffing: 18 staff members per 24 hours
• Patient Ratio: 1:4

Staffing Structure

• Day Shift: CNC, 3 RNs, Unit Clerk, Greeter
• Mid Shift: 3 RNs, 2 PCTs
• Night Shift: CNC, 3 RNs, Unit Clerk, Greeter

Equipment and Technology

• GE Monitors
• Lifepaks
• Baxter IV Pumps
• Ranger Rapid Infuser
• Ranger Blood Warmer

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification

Location

This position is based in Frankfort, KY.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required for this role.
