Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in the Emergency Department. This position requires a commitment to night shifts, specifically from 1830 to 0700, for 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week, with the option to pick up additional shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department setting.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, specifically in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid Washington State license or Multi-state license.
• Completion of a 6-hour suicide training program.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS.
• Knowledge of Meditech software is beneficial, but not required.

Additional Information

Holiday coverage is required. Requests for time off (RTO) must be pre-approved and included with full availability for scheduling at the end of the contract. The position is located near the beautiful Pacific Northwest beaches and the Olympic National Forest.
