Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services and supporting patient care initiatives.

Schedule

This is a night shift position, working from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a total of 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in acute care is required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• EPIC experience is a must.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within six months of hire or transfer.

Location

This position is located in the city and state vicinity.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for:

• Assessing and monitoring patient health status.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Providing patient education and support for recovery.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Documenting patient care and progress in compliance with policies and regulations.
