Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care during night shifts, either three 12-hour shifts or four 12-hour shifts weekly.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and assess patient condition, implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Float to multiple locations within the Twin Cities as required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year of acute care experience required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer.

Shift Details

This position requires night shifts from 1900 to 0730. Flexibility to float to other locations within the Twin Cities may be necessary based on staffing needs.
