Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality patient care. This position may require floating to multiple locations within the region as needed.

Scheduling

• Night shift options: 3 x 12-hour shifts or 4 x 12-hour shifts from 1900 to 0730.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients based on their individual needs.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to various units within the region as necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: Minimum one year of acute care experience is required.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within the first 6 months of hire or transfer.
• Recent EPIC system experience is required.

Location

Position may involve floating to locations within the Twin Cities area as needed.
