Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires an experienced professional with a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options.
• Handle emergency situations with proficiency and confidence.

Qualifications

• Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
  • Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM), TEAM-A or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification is required.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification is required.

Shift Details

This position will require nighttime shifts, with options for either 36 or 48 hours per week. Please note that holiday requests for time off will not be approved.
