Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires a strong background in nursing, particularly with emergency care settings, and offers an opportunity to work night shifts. Candidates with EPIC experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care environment.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record systems effectively.
• Manage patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety and quality protocols, particularly for pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: Acute care facility experience is preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice: Required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required.
  • Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or equivalent certification: Required.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification: Required.

Work Schedule

This position offers flexibility with 36 or 48-hour shifts. Please note that holiday requests for time off (RTO) will not be approved.
