Location: Lewisville, TX

Number of Beds: 24 main, 12 fast track, and 8 hall beds

Number of Staff: 67

Shift Information

Day Shift: Charge RN and 5 nurses; additional staff added throughout the day.

Night Shift: Charge RN and 10 nurses, with additional coverage throughout the shift.

Patient Ratios

Patient ratios are maintained at 4:1.

Typical Hiring Profile

• Critical Care
• TNCC certification

Preferred qualifications include:

• ENPC certification
• Ultrasound IVs experience

Typical Procedures Performed

• Airway and resuscitation management
• Procedural sedation
• Chest tube and wound care
• Splinting
