Required Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENTC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing
• Familiarity with Emergency Medical Records (EMR): Paragon
• Ability to read ECG rhythms; no dedicated Monitor Tech on unit

Shifts and Scheduling

• Self-Scheduling for Day and Night Shifts
• Shift Options: 9-9, 11-11, 1-1, 3-3
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• No call or standby requirements
