Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (RN)

Position Overview

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) will join a float pool in a very busy emergency department. This role primarily involves caring for boarder patients, which may include those requiring medical-surgical, step down, or ICU care. The position may also require the nurse to float to an acute care unit when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar-sized Level 1 trauma facility.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) are required.
• Resume should exhibit no gaps in employment.
• ED skills checklist and references specific to Emergency Department experience are required.
• Submit demographic information, including a badge-appropriate photo.
